By opening an account with Orivest Capital you agree to the Client Agreement presented during registration, which sets out the terms under which we provide our services, including order execution, fees, deposits and withdrawals, and account termination.

All clients must verify their identity and address before withdrawing funds, and we monitor transactions for suspicious activity. Deposits and withdrawals must be made through accounts in the client's own name.
